Iron Shadow Cinema, a subdivision of Maltese Falcon Productions, will hold a casting call on November 6, 2010 between the hours of 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. The audition will be held in Norcross/Peachtree Corners. We are casting the role of Peter Parker/ Spiderman for a Spiderman Spoof short where Spiderman battles the Black Cat over a remote control. Actor auditioned should between the realm of 5’8 – 5’10 tall. Should have a muscular or fit body. The role calls for the actor to be able to be very physical. Flexibility is a plus. Also actor auditioned should have some combat fighting or martial arts experience.
Additionally, we are casting for an actor to play the voice of Spidey/Peter Parker – we would obviously love to cast the same individual for both the physical and vocal aspects but if someone has an awesome voice for the part then we would use voiceovers.
Compensation pending funding and experience level. At bare minimum, reimbursement for travel expenses. Out of State actors are discouraged from attending as the project may require several rehearsals and shoots and we are not in a position to cover such costs and because we prefer local actors who can meet upon short notice.
